Takes a lot longer than this to enter a deep state of hypnosis. Often it feels like being asleep, but if you waken at the end of the session, you weren’t asleep. Don’t force hypnosis, you have to just let it happen, and it takes practise.

i fell asleep i have never been able to be hypnotized
